Here’s what we delivered:
- Selected the best-fit white-label provider
RFP across 15+ providers → shortlist of 2 → deep technical due diligence (architecture, APIs, feature list, security, SLAs, roadmap). Selected a white-label provider with source-code access to ensure customization, codebase control, and reduced vendor lock-in. - Set up the compliance framework
Created and implemented procedures and policies for AML, security, customer risk assessment, business risk assessment, safeguarding, incident management, IT support, and custody management — all in close collaboration with the Client’s team. - Integrated key 3rd-party services
Set up KYC/KYB, custody/treasury, liquidity venue, and transaction monitoring solutions. Curated and introduced liquidity providers aligned to the client’s counterparty-risk and depth requirements. - Built a step-by-step rollout plan
Developed a structured rollout plan broken down into phases with specific timelines, expected quality metrics, and manageable budget. This streamlined the integration, onboarding, and market launch processes. In parallel, we supported the hiring of a CPO to take end-to-end ownership of the roadmap and delivery.
